How to delete data in ProcLog, published by C.A.R.E.
This single action permanently removes your on-device data and the backup held in your own cloud account, if you enabled cloud backup.
| Data | What happens |
|---|---|
| Your profile (name, credential, NPI, specialty, institution) | Deleted from the device immediately. |
| All logged procedure entries, including dates, codes, locations, supervision levels, outcomes, notes, and any MRNs you entered | Deleted from the device immediately. |
| Pinned procedures, custom procedures, and your in-app activity log | Deleted from the device immediately. |
| Cloud backup (iCloud on iOS, Google Drive on Android), if enabled | Deleted from your own cloud account as part of the same action. |
C.A.R.E. retains none of your ProcLog data, at any time — because it never reaches us. There is no server-side copy, no analytics record, and no backup held by the developer, so there is no additional retention period after you delete.
Two things sit outside the app and are not affected by deleting your data:
Uninstalling ProcLog removes the on-device data. If you enabled cloud backup, a copy may remain in your own cloud account until you delete it — either by using Delete Account in the app before uninstalling, or through your platform's own storage management (iCloud storage settings under your Apple ID on iOS, or your Google Account's app-data management on Android).
