ProcLog is an app for logging medical procedures. It is a mobile app for individual medical providers, clinicians, and trainees who need to keep their own record of the procedures they have performed. You log a procedure in a few seconds, and ProcLog keeps a running count you can hand to a credentialing office, a program director, or a licensing board.
What it does
Log procedures quickly — pick from a built-in list or add your own custom procedures, with notes, dates, and outcomes.
Track toward credentialing — see running totals per procedure type, and pin the ones you are actively working toward.
Export on demand — generate a formatted PDF or a CSV whenever you need documentation.
Optional cloud backup — back up your log to your own iCloud account on iOS, or your own Google Drive on Android, so your records survive a lost or replaced device.
Lock it down — an optional biometric App Lock (Face ID or Touch ID on iOS, fingerprint or face unlock on Android) keeps your log private on a shared or misplaced device.
Your data stays yours
ProcLog has no accounts, no login, and no server. Everything you enter is stored on your own device. If you turn on cloud backup, the backup goes to your personal cloud account and nowhere else — on Android it is written to a private application folder that the app cannot use to read the rest of your Drive.
Nothing is sent to the developer. ProcLog contains no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking libraries. We never receive, store, or have access to your log data. You can delete everything — on-device data and cloud backup together — at any time from within the app.
Free and Pro
ProcLog is free to use, including full export, unlimited custom procedures, and cloud backup. A ProcLog Pro subscription removes the cap on how many procedures you can log. Everything you have already logged remains viewable and editable whether or not you subscribe.
Availability
ProcLog is available for iPhone on the App Store and for Android on Google Play.
